Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a diet program?

No, this is not a diet program. This program is to educate you and inspire you to bring clarity with your own patterns which can assist you with your weight management.

Can I just listen to the program and not be part of the video calls?

This program is intended for each participant to be engage in each session, although listening is part of the flexibility of the class, we expect each individual to be fully present in the video calls.

I have never done meditation, can I still participate in the program?

Absolutely! This program will review all the basics of mindfulness and meditation to inspire you to take your journey at your own pace.

Are they any class requirements?

No, previous class requirements. All I ask is that you come to class with a positive attitude, ready to experience your transformation.

Can I cancel anytime?

We understand that life can be very dynamic. Due to the structure of the program, I cannot cancel or reimburse you, but I can reschedule you in the next available group or session.
