Meet your coach, Marcela

With over 20 years leading in the Food & Wellness industry, Marcela is honor to introduce Mindful Eating by Design.

As a Mindful Eating Practitioner (MB-EATP/Q) and a Certified Yoga Instructor(CYT) she will provide you the educational tools to dismantle unhealthy patterns and guide you to build healthier, sustainable habits through awareness, meditation and movement.

Her passion for excellence and cultivating health through food creates a dynamic, honest approach to transformation—allowing you to design your own health and life.
